Leadership in All of Us

People tend to think that you have to be born with leadership in you. This is sometimes true but you can learn how to be a great leader. We may think that in order to be a leader you have to own a business, be the President, or be the CEO of a company but really everyone is a leadership in their own way. Think about times when you could have been considered a leader. Now that you are thinking about it you should come up with new ways to be a good leader and how to work on improving your leadership skills. There is no perfect mold of a leader or a certain way you have to do it. Leaders can be complete opposites and still be great at what they do. So just think about your leadership skills and you will see there is LEADERSHIP IN ALL OF US!

The power of Red

This week I learned that my personality color is red. The color red represents power and the need to be  right. When I read that, I agreed with it 100%. I am that person who likes to be the leader and doesn't like to hear it when people tell me what to do or that I need to change how I am. If I am wrong(which I am quite a bit) I don't like to admit it or even change the subject to get away from the fact that I was wrong. This can be a good leadership skill if you know how to use it.
