Heisman Trophy- RG3

I really like how RG3 added how he did this for the Baylor community. In one of his interviews he said that it wasn't just because of his play but also because of his teammates play. He said that you can only succeed with hardwork and his faith helped him keep working as hard as he did. He said that he wouldn't of been able to do it without all the people in his life. I am amazed by how humble he is and it is great to see someone so respectful and thankful for what he has. The reason I talked about this is because in order for someone to be a good leader, I think they have to be humble and giving credit to those around him. Congrats to RG3 on your Heisman Trophy and great season.
